Job Responsibilities:
• Prospecting, marketing, and sourcing project opportunities for the Company.
• To assist the Project Manager in all project management–related matters.
• Monitoring client accounts and ensuring timely submission of progress claims through to final settlement of total receivables.
• Conduct project planning and develop schedules for project timelines and milestones.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the Company’s business goals.
Requirements
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and assignments.
Possess own transport (car) and be willing to travel at short notice as required by project needs.
Good team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
