Job Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor quality, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays.
Requirements
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D design tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction standards.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel to project sites.
Possess own transport (car) and be willing to travel at short notice as required by project needs.
