Job responsibilities:
1) Provide routine medical device checking/troubleshooting on sites.
2) Assist to solve customer's device breakdown due to application issue.
3) Provide refresh user training if needed.
4) Back up key accounts and maintain their satisfaction to our company's service.
5) Manage and forecast inventory to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with one year working experience.
Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese) will be added advantage.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsive, self motivated, committed and sales driven.
Posses own transport and willing to travel.
This position will be based in southern area Peninsular Malaysia.
